The foundation of any training program is the ability to break bad habits and form new, good habits. To be able to do this you must really understand and define what the “bad habit” is and what “good habit” you want to put in place. Removing “bad habits” is a process of changing the habit and replacing it with more appropriate habits.
Habits are things that happen without even thinking about them. Habits are conditioned responses, that are formed through repetition, until that action or reaction becomes second nature. Habits normally end up as an unconscious behavior and automatic reactions in a particular situation.
